Founded in 1975 by Charles Frasier, the firm expanded its partner ranks in 1980 and 1983 with the addition of Barry Dean and David Howard to become Frasier, Dean & Howard, PLLC. Today, with combined experience of more than 200 years, the firm’s seven active partners provide a broad range of professional services and manage a team of more than 45 professionals. Our firm has built a tradition of trust and reliability in the accounting profession, and we are building recognition for our expertise in management and technology consulting. We serve a variety of closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations with the highest caliber of accounting services, and our consulting professionals work with Middle Tennessee’s largest public companies.
