Our History

Founded in 1975 by Charles Frasier, the company expanded its partner ranks in 1980 and 1983 with the addition of Barry Dean and David Howard to become Frasier, Dean & Howard. Today, with combined experience of more than 150 years, the firm’s six partners provide a broad range of professional services and manage a team of more than 30 professionals.

How We Work

Each of our clients is assigned a team of professionals which includes one or more partners. Our partners are closely involved, serving clients during fieldwork, in the review process and in consultation. FDH partners make it a practice to become truly familiar with each client, their business and their industry.

Whether on site in a client office or in the FDH office, team members utilize technology to maximize productivity and the client experience, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of client data and records.

Avoiding Conflicts of Interest

FDH partners feel that avoiding potential conflicts of interest, or even the appearance of conflicts, is the cornerstone of their profession. Therefore the firm maintains an independent perspective, declining to market investment products and to accept remuneration for any referrals given to clients who request them.
