Our Team
Each of our clients is assigned a team of professionals that includes one or more partners with in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of service we are providing. The seven partners of Frasier, Dean & Howard have a combined experience of more than 150 years. Our staff includes more than thirty professionals with expertise in a wide variety of accounting and consulting areas.

Charles E. Frasier, CPA, CMA, Partner Emeritus
Charles Frasier is a founding partner of Frasier, Dean & Howard, PLLC. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). He has over thirty years of experience in public accounting, including national firm experience. He has served on numerous committees including having served as the president of the Nashville Chapter of the TSCPA and as a member of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy. Charles is also on the College of Business faculty at Lipscomb University. Effective May 31, 2010, Charles retired as an active member of Frasier, Dean & Howard.
R. Barry Dean, CPA
Barry Dean is a founding member of Frasier, Dean & Howard, PLLC. He focuses primarily in the areas of providing tax advice to corporations and individuals. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active in Rotary and other community organizations. He has over thirty-four years of experience in public accounting.
David G. Howard, CPA
David Howard is a founding member of Frasier, Dean & Howard, PLLC. He focuses primarily in the areas of providing tax advice individuals and closely held businesses. He has over thirty years experience in public accounting including national firm experience. David is also a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA. He has served on the TSCPA Council and currently serves as treasurer for the Green Hills Rotary Club. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
Bob Weatherly, CPA, ABV, CVA
Bob Weatherly is a partner of the firm and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He previously served on the national Peer Review Board of the AICPA and presently serves on the Tennessee peer review committee. Bob has extensive experience in working with tax-exempt entities. Not-for-profit engagements are an industry focus for him. He has over twenty-five years of experience, including approximately four years with a regional firm. Bob is also accredited in business valuation and a certified valuation analyst with litigation consulting and expert testimony experience.
Gay Moon, CPA
Gay Moon has been a partner of the firm since 1999. She has over twenty years of accounting experience with a focus in tax and business planning for closely held businesses and individuals. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Steven J. Riley, CPA
Steve Riley has been a partner since 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has over twenty-five years of experience including twelve years experience at a national firm. Steve has extensive accounting and auditing experience in various industries including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, employee benefit plans, real estate, not-for-profit organizations, and litigation support.
Damon Work, CPA, CIA, CISA
Damon Work has over fifteen years of experience and has been a Partner since 2006. He specializes in consulting services including risk-based, information security and management consulting.
